NGUT Open Sources Solana MiCA ICO Program

23 Oct 2025 – Helsinki – NGUT, Europe’s leading MiCA compliant token compliance consultancy, has made the source code for completing Solana-based public offers in accordance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation available to the public.

NGUT invites those planning offers to the public, traditionally known as initial coin offerings, or ICOs, to consider utilising a MiCA compliant offer to the public which does not require completing know-your-customer ("KYC") processes. Avoiding KYC reduces risks to privacy while increasing the total pool of potential investors.
